The Grenada Industrial Development Corporation is a statutory Corporation established by the Government of Grenada in 1985 to stimulate, facilitate and encourage the establishment and development of industry in Grenada.

The Corporation aims at attracting foreign direct investment and encouraging domestic investment in priority industries sector, particularly: Tourism & Hospitality Services, Agri-business, Health and Education Services, Information and Communication, Technology (ICT) Energy Development.

MANDATE

Provides investors with expert advice, information, investment incentives and industrial facilities to start to operate a business in Grenada Assist investors to obtain permits and licenses, resolve difficulties encountered during the investment process and after the business is established.

Initiate, advocate and support measures that will enhance the investment climate and remove impediments in the business operating environment.

The Corporation provides services in eight (8) core areas as depicted above.

GIDC CORE SERVICES

The Corporation maintains a user friendly website, publishes a number of printed brochures with the latest trade and investment information, publicizes information on investment projects, attends trade shows and exhibitions and organizes seminars and workshops to promote investment opportunities, its services and facilities.
